Note to the reader

We have used the bookdown package to create an html version of the book, which you are reading now. This is created from RMarkdown (.Rmd) files, which are a mix of regular text and code. You can find the original .Rmd files in a Github repository, from where you can use the code directly in RStudio, and recreate the entire project. This online version of the book is free (and it will remain free).

A physical copy of the book is published by Routledge. You can purchase it here, and in all the usual places.
